RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love your purchase from Gerrards Fashion, but if you wish to return your goods for a refund you may do so subject to the following policy.

1.0 – To return an item to us you will need to request a returns authorisation code that must be included with your return. To do this, please follow one of the methods below:

We endeavour to respond to all return requests within 24 hours.

2.0 – Goods may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping charges) within 14 days of you receiving them. Return shipping is at the customers expense and we advise using a tracked service. Gerrards Fashion will not be held responsible for missing items.

3.0 – Goods may be exchanged without additional shipping costs. Please use the returns request form to request an exchange. We will provide you with a returns authorisation code that must be included with the item you are returning. Once we have processed your return, we will dispatch the new item to you.

4.0 – All goods are meticulously checked prior to dispatch but in the rare case of a fault, a full refund will be given together with all carriage charges.

5.0 – In order to obtain a refund, goods must be in a new and unused condition together with all original labels attached. We are unable to accept any goods that show signs of use.

6.0 – Due to Hygiene Regulations we are unable to accept returns on any earrings used with piercings (unless faulty on receipt).

7.0 – All returns Should be sent to Gerrards, 5 High Street, Reigate, Surrey, RH2 9AA.

8.0 – We make every effort to ensure that images are a true likeness of the product. However, due to the unique nature of our jewellery, pieces are individual and can differ in appearance. Please feel free to contact us and we will do our upmost to advise and make your purchase as positive an experience as possible.
