Nancy’s Christmas Wish List
I have always thought that I am just about the easiest person to buy for. Easy going, happy with the smallest gift, always appreciative….err apparently NOT. Harry (my sister) and Paul (husband) have recently confessed that they find me impossible to buy for, as I just KNOW exactly what I like.
I suppose, as a buyer, this is probably a good thing, but it’s my job that causes the problem. I spend most of my time in the shop, meaning that my wardrobe consists mainly of Gerrards pieces (when I am at home on a rare day off I will mostly be found in Topshop trackies, my favourite slouchy jumper and furry slippers), and when I buy for the shop I am guided by my heart, which means I genuinely love all the stock.
So, in the interest of helping my long suffering family, here is my Christmas wish list.
I don’t have a bobble hat yet as I never felt they suited me, but if I could recreate this look I found on Pinterest, I would give it a try with a hat (£49) and pom pom (£25) both in black from Bobbl.uk
My hands are always freezing, so these leather and wool gloves from Markberg will keep me cosy and protect me from chilblains. Helly gloves, £59, Markberg.
I would be happy with any candles from Parkminster. In fact, a year’s supply would be my dream! Woodland is a favourite of mine for Christmas. Candles, from £5, Parkminster Products.
Mix and match stacking rings, from £15 – £55 each, by Nordahl, are right up my street.
I have been eyeing up this stunning necklace (£75) for ages, but I don’t like to be too ‘match-matchy’, so these geometric earrings (£18) will be perfect. Sterling silver/gold plated jewellery by Nordahl.
